We’ve been ardent believers in Moxie Bread Co. founder Andy Clark’s vision since the bakery opened its doors in 2015. After years of friendship and collaboration, we were thrilled to help create a website that lives up to the bakery’s dramatic influence on the local food and agriculture industries. “Based in Louisville, Moxie Bread Co. is a beloved Boulder County bakery that has achieved national recognition for its eye-catching pastries, rowdy pizza nights and exclusive use of organic, heirloom grain. This spring, in addition to celebrating the bakery’s fifth anniversary, founder Andy Clark expanded Moxie’s operations with two new grain mill concepts in North Boulder: the public-facing Moxie Feed & Seed and the non-profit 501(c)3 wholesale Mill Site.

Yet, after years of runaway success, Moxie’s out-of-date website failed to represent the quality of the bakery’s award-winning loaves or heirloom grain ambitions. Having previously worked with Lauren and Carly DeFilippo (the co-founders of Denver-based creative studio Cognoscenti Creative) on two editorial articles for Life & Thyme magazine, Clark recruited the pair to develop a brand new website — including fresh photography, brand storytelling and updated functionality to support his growing business.”
