A Different Kind of Creative Agency

Most people will tell you that "size matters." But at Cognoscenti, we offer clients of all sizes the unique opportunity to work with a small, dedicated creative team. With bigger agencies, you'll primarily speak with account managers—not directly with the creatives who will execute your project. Needless to say, we thought there was a better way to do business (and to manage your budget). So whether you're launching your first business or a national marketing campaign, we're the voices you'll hear on the other end of the line and the talent who will execute every detail of your creative requests.

Below, we share four recent projects that extend far beyond the limits of our local markets in Colorado and NYC. As always, thank you for taking the time to share these stories with any friends or contacts who may be interested in our brand strategy and creative services.

Cognoscenti Creative La Marzocco

COPYWRITING | THE STORY OF LA MARZOCCO

As an artisanal business grows and evolves, there's a delicate balance between craftsmanship and innovation. Few companies can stand the test of time, which is why we were thrilled to help the near century-old manufacturers at La Marzocco share their story of Italian culture, hand-crafted machinery
and—of course—espresso. If you're lucky enough to own or work with their machines, keep an eye out for
this beautiful brand book!

DeFilippo Green Chef

PHOTOGRAPHY | GREEN CHEF NATIONAL CAMPAIGN

In a crowded marketplace of cook-at-home meal kits, Green Chef was looking to distinguish their business with a national ad campaign in Food & Wine and Real Simple magazines. They recruited us to develop imagery for the campaign, collaborating with a food stylist and multiple models on a shoot that captured both meal preparation and plated dishes.

ADVERTORIAL | LA COLOMBE CHEF SERIES

For the team at La Colombe Coffee Roasters, there's more to great coffee than beans and brew times. The brand also partners with hundreds of the nation's top restaurants, where their signature blends become an integral part of each chef's style of service. We are thrilled to partner with La Colombe on an ongoing series of editorial-style blog articles, featuring game-changing chefs who believe in craft coffee, building community and cooking on the cutting edge.

Cognoscenti Creative Mayta

DESIGN | MAYTA BRAND REFRESH

World's 50 Best Restaurants winner Chef Jaime Pesaque recently recruited Cognoscenti to rebrand his restaurant, MAYTA, which will reopen this summer in Lima, Peru. The name means "noble land" in the dialect spoken by the Aymara tribe of the Andes, and the final logo design drew from both the restaurant's contemporary cuisine and the traditional iconography of this indigenous tribe.
